Pennask and Shinnish Windfarm Survey

Tasks:

• Legal Survey for 12 district lots
• Legal Survey for 40km of right of way

Vector Geomatics was contracted to provide professional survey services for a windfarm project and associated rights-of-way for a transmission line over unsurveyed Crown Land near Kelowna B.C.

The remote location, terrain, weather, wildlife, and lack of communication services in the area created a challenging work environment. As always, safety was a top priority in the completion of this project. The project was completed over the summer of 2017 with assistance from Penticton Indian Band.  The project was completed on time and on budget and was a great experience for all involved.
