Vector Geomatics was founded in 2006 and continues to provide a wide range of Geomatics, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Land Development, and Municipal Services throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
Vector Geomatics Land Surveying Ltd. has been providing clients with professional land surveying services since its inception in 2006 and has become a leader in Geomatics in British Columbia and Alberta. Through the dedication and support of our industry clients as well as our experienced staff, Vector Geomatics has been able to continually develop new products and services to meet the needs of our industry. Vector currently has four offices managed by Professional Land Surveyors in Kelowna, Fort St John, Chilliwack, and Calgary. Vector has grown to over seventy full-time employees and is currently the third largest Professional Land Surveying Firm operating in British Columbia

Our History
Vector Geomatics Land Surveying Ltd is a locally owned and operated professional geomatics company servicing British Columbia and Alberta. Vector Geomatics began in the Energetic City of Fort St. John in February of 2006 servicing Northeastern B.C. for all their survey needs. Since our inception, Vector has grown significantly and have opened branch offices in Calgary, Chilliwack and Kelowna.
Vector Geomatics was awarded our first COR Certification in 2007. Vector continues to advance as a safety-minded company by continuously revising our existing safety program in order to keep up with industry standards and requirements. Vector applies best practices to every contract to best protect our employees and our clients.
Our Commitments
The ability to adapt is what sets Vector apart from our competitors. We have developed various in-house applications and processes within our departments to ensure streamlined production of our field, drafting and mapping services.
One of the largest challenges faced in the oil and gas industry are changes to the rules that govern how we are required to survey. In order to mitigate the impact of this on our clients, Vector maintains close ties with the BC Oil and Gas Commission and the AER.
